Shopping at Woodstock Furniture Outlet has always been a pleasant experience for us. And once again, we're very pleased. Helpful sales people but not pushy. They delivered a sofa for us this morning. The 2 delivery men were extremely polite in bringing it in and setting it up... even placing felt pads on each leg so as to not scratch our floors. They were respectful and hustling the whole time... hard workers for sure. They removed all packaging and took it with them. Done and gone in about 10-12 minutes....

So grateful to Woodstock Outlet for their customer care and service. They went above and beyond for my mom when she was placed on hospice care. We bought a chair from them that had issues and when I explained her situation and the problem, Woodstock Outlet without any questions brought out a brand new chair that same day for her.
