Angel in customer service did not want to try and help us and only cared about what fees she could give us even though we had a warranty. We have had our couch a little over a YEAR AND HALF. Over $1300 wasted. $1300 of money we really didn't have.. for what??? Some wood that js is covered in fabric that doesn't hold up to its structure or foam cushions. Tried to get it replaced because the wood frame at your tailbone scraps your back...due to the cushions caving in....anyways we got approved to pick a new one out on the floor but was only credited 50% of the money back. You CAN NOT buy anything that will last for $700. Your furniture that is "worth" over $1300 doesn't even last. I will make sure everyone I know knows not to go here and be scammed and ripped off like we were.
