I’ve been a member of Gym 210 in Ada, Oklahoma, for several months now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the facility! The gym is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with top-of-the-line Precor equipment that suits all types of workouts. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned bodybuilder, there’s something here for everyone. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the atmosphere is motivating yet welcoming. The 10,000 sq. ft. of space gives you plenty of room to move, and I love how I can always find a spot to focus on my workout.

What really stands out is the community – everyone is supportive, and there’s a great mix of people who are serious about fitness. The variety of classes and flexible hours make it easy to fit into any schedule. If you’re in the Ada area and looking for a gym that has it all, Gym 210 is the place to be....

JR is the nicest guy ever! He gave us a great tour and made us feel very welcome. He takes so much pride in cleaning the gym; It really inspires everyone and sets the tone for what the gym should be like on a daily basis. Great gym .super clean, the owner is always willing to give advice and inspiration. Also the people that are there have always been respectful and they tend to follows the owners lead and clean up after them selves. Also clean bathrooms amd showers.
