In summer 2023 I bought a 5-piece Kitchen set. I had It delivered/assembled. In December I just was at the right angle that I saw these 2 raised circles that were diagonal of each other. The more I looked at it it seemed to be some type of defect and I remembered the table had a warranty. I called the store and they created a warranty ticket. They gave me the repair guy’s cell number. I was told send him pictures, and he would “get right back to me”. 2 weeks later I called the store and I asked if there about it the girl said he was on vacation for the last few weeks and he would call. A week later the repair person called. I started to explain he stopped and said, your table has water damage and that is not covered under warranty. I tried to explain that in the 6 months we owned the table we had only used it a 1/2 dozen times. He just repeated he couldn’t help me. I tried to explain that if it was a water damage puffiness whey was the raised areas cylindrical and a few inches apart and uniformly round. They are also the same distance from the edge. He then said he would talk to the owner, but it was not covered. Before I hung up the phone I 100% clarified. “You are going to talk to the owner, explain what I said and then you will call me back, right?” he said yes. 3 weeks later, and I haven’t heard a word. I had someone look at it they thought it as the manufacturing process they put in round plugs, based them being same size and they would not expect the circles to be the same size and round. Which is what I was trying to tell the repairman. This conversation made me upset again thinking about how I have been treated, the lack of interest in trying to help me fix the issue, the callous way I was put on the back burner, the issue that I was never called until I called back, then the lack of follow through, the lack of even listening to the description of the defect, and they fact the guy never even called me back after I assume he talked to the owner. Good luck if you have issues, besides not calling me back they also failed to respond to BBB Complaint...
