The Saw Meal Restaurant — Local services in Adamsville

This used to be my favorite place to eat for the last few years, but the last 3 times wasn't very good. I don't like to gripe but I can't keep giving my money away for slop. This time it wasn't the right cut of steak and my vegetables were cold, the other my food wasn't prepared correctly. I didn't pay for my steak this time, I also didn't eat it. It just got sold a month or so ago, I heard them talking about how rude he was, but one thing is he kept the food and severce good. You know the old saying 3 strikes and your out. Breaks my heart but I guess I'm gonna say goodbye. Peace.

I did say something two times. I was very clear of what I wanted and how to cook it. I even told her I've not gotten what I asked for the previous times. The man manger working that night didn't even come talk to me and when I paid for my food he wouldn't even look at me. I was not hateful to anyone, and even left a 5 tip. It sucks and makes me sad. My man and I both ordered the catfish fillet plate and a drink. Each catfish fillet plate came with 4 catfish fillets, 2 hush puppies, a baked potato ( a choice from 10 or so sides) and a house salad. The house salad consisted of fresh lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickles, onions, eggs and cheese. Far more items than your typical restaurant. The catfish fillets were done and tasted really good. The tartar sauce provided tasted like homemade (very good). The potato was soft and was provided a generous portion of butter and sour cream. Didnt care for the hush puppies, but, I'm very picky about hush puppies. Cost, including drinks, was 28.00 and some change. We took food home with us we were so full. Service was exceptional. Well this place has a X on it for me . Stop in to eat and order a cheeseburger with no bun for my wife because of a gluten allergy and to make things easy I said I'll have the same. Well food came out 1 cheeseburger was on a bun and the other was a hamburger steak with cheese on it and a roll stuck to it. So told the waitress that the order was wrong and why. So she took it back an told the cook and his reaction was well if there's a allergy and they wanted no bun why did they order a cheeseburger. Well I feel if you don't want to cook food the way a customer wants it you should stick to cooking at home or a fancy restaurant but even more of them will fix stuff to allergy requests.
