I ordered a lunch special (small pizza and a drink) at 20 min to 12. I arrived at 12. While waiting, I observed a pizza fall on the floor, a spatula falling on the floor, the same spatula being used to take a pizza out. When I received my pizza at 12:20 and it was the wrong pizza. Needless to say, I waited for another 15 min for the correct pizza, and my lunch is only 1 hour. This used to be my favorite place. However, the last several times I have come, I have been disappointed with one thing or another. I probably will not return.

Started going to hometown every weekend since 2020 and went in tonight for a birthday dinner requested by the birthday boy and it was our first bad experience. It was our WORST experience yet. We ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas, wings and pasta. The only good thing about this was the pasta. The pizza was burnt, the wings were burnt. While we were waiting for our food a customer had come in and was complaining about his pizza also being burnt. Also they got rid of the salad bar. And didn't have bud light Will not be coming back

Tried their large pepperoni and sausage pizza with a stuffed crust. Was cheesy and no skimping on the toppings. Service was good and the store and the bathroom was clean. I'm from Connecticut and nothing beats a New Haven coal fired pizza but this pizza is the best I've had so far in Tennessee and I will be back for sure!

We like the food but the wait times and they never answer the phone hardly ever u have to call for almost 30 minutes before they ever answer like they don’t want to take ur orders…the food is usually good have had a few mishaps have had burnt crust a couple times but it’s gotten better the last couple times and they r bad about forgetting to put ur sauces in the box but I always ask again before I leave sometimes they r in there and sometimes even when u ask again they r not they just say they r…I give it the benefit of the dought they do have teenagers that work there I am understanding but there is room for improvement but it is getting a little better sometimes it’s a little off the only real issue is the answering the phone so people can...

We came here because of a recommendation from the rv park that we are staying at in Savannah, Tn. It is a small restaurant with indoor seating but very quaint.

They serve pizza, Italian dishes, sandwiches and ice cream. We placed our order for a hand tossed cheese pizza to eat in the restaurant and it arrived fairly quickly. Upon getting ready to eat we noticed that it was a thin crust pizza but we ate anyway. A gentleman approached us and apologized that the server gave us the wrong pizza and if we wanted our original order but we declined because we had already eaten half of the pizza.

It was very good even if the wrong one and we'll return and try the hand...

First, a couple weeks ago, I ordered a pepperoni pizza sub(exact words). They put sausage on it, basically told me it was my responsibility to tell them no sausage because their pizza sub comes with it. Again ordered a PEPPERONI pizza sub. Then today ordered the same, handed it to me with cold, unmelted cheese. Asked them to fix it, (sorry I took u away from eating your food) they put the complete sub, that should be baked, on the flat grill, bottom down, when asked, was rudely told that's how they were taught. 2 peope there is polite, all others generally rude. Would give zero if...
