We were so pleased with the selection of granite here! We looked at several places and also were impressed with their website for viewing the granite slabs. I also personally like that this is a woman-owned company. We were greeted warmly by everyone that works here and the service level from Kasia was phenomenal. She went above and beyond in every instance, following up with phone calls or texts and was so pleasant to work with. We had picked out a slab which ended up getting sold to someone else so we asked her to go through all of the remaining slabs to see if we could find a similar one. This meant moving 6 or 7 slabs and taking individual pictures to send to us as well as meeting with us on multiple days so we could view. She didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile to work with the shop guys to make sure we found 2 slabs we liked and we are so pleased with our purchase! We had an amazing experience at your shop today! We were immediately greeted by Erik who was very friendly and professional. We were looking for a quartz countertop for our kitchen remodel and had been having issues locating the design and color palette I needed. Erik right away recognized the pattern I was looking for and let me know that you had it. He went above and beyond locating it because it had been moved to a different part of the store. We visited many fabricators and Stone distributors. When we finally stopped at Surfaces by Pacific we were very pleased to work with Yennefer. She explained the differences between natural Stone and man-made Stone as well as the different styles of quartz that we were looking at. She helped educate us on the process as well as the different types of stone. Thanks to her help we found the countertop Stone we want and plan to order through our fabricator from them.
