I've never had a problem until today and when I brought the problem to the lady at the register, she immediately said it was nothing she could do and that was it. She didn't care that I purchased a product and it didn't work. I purchased a 3 pack of Burger King Gift card $30 total. I always verify that the money is on a gift card before gifting. I'm glad I did because these 3 gift cards were invalid when I went to check the balances on the website. I then tried the 1800 number listed and that didn't work and I've never encountered that with any of the gift cards I've ever purchased.
