Bojangles — Restaurant in Ahoskie

My family likes to enjoy a later first meal on Saturdays. Some enjoy tradition breakfast foods while others are ready for lunch fare. Bojangles is one of the only places in our small town that can accommodate our wishes. Around 11:30 we visited your Ahoskie , North Carolina location. The drive thru was extremely backed up so I decided to go inside. Huge mistake! Although well staffed, the employees were extremely rude. The customer in front of me was addressed very rudely. While waiting for my order, a customer returned their order that was prepared incorrectly. Again rudeness. I decided I better check my order before leaving and guess what? No gravy on my Dirty Rice which I was charged an additional .95 for (quite steep for a spoonful) The server rudely took them back. I certainly didn't see the need to check again and went to the car. Opened my order and no gravy, at least day old Chicken Supremes and wings that looked like they came off a hummingbird. I did go back inside and address the gravy issue to which I was told it must of soaked in and was refused more. Another employee did step in. Needless to say this will be last visit to this establishment and I will be exercising my freedom of speech by word of mouth advertising. No one should have to deal with what I witnessed and experienced today. I hope that more carefully customer service training will be done if there is to be a future for...

They didn’t tell me until I already paid and got to the last window that all they had was breast and wings and one of the ladies at the last window had a bad attitude after I asked for a refund but mind you THEY THE ONES WHO DIDNT TELL ME so I could’ve caused a scene but I didn’t but don’t worry sis if I looked like that I would be mad at the world too 😂🤭

Edit: went back today this time went inside💋energy definitely wasn’t the same from yesterday (TO MY FACE ANYWAYS) took long enough but I eventually got the food I’ve been craving. Fries was Luke warm and unseasoned but it’s cool or whatever nothing too bad. Highly prefer to keep the talking,gossiping and giggling to a minimum when customers in the building ESPECIALLY when we always have to wait on food. The food will come out alot faster if everyone just do their job and if they would get a professional manager. I’ve been looking for the 1-800 number since yesterday & the refund still ain’t hit my account. Still low key upset this is even a thing when they could’ve told me at the speaker yesterday they ain’t have the chicken. Anyways to end off on a good note the light skin girl with locs is...

I love bojangles. With that being said, I can't remember a pleasant visit to This place in ahoskie. They can not get it together! Never can get regular cream for the coffee. in 5 trips I must have came in at the wrong time for coffee, in the morning, and when you ask about something they immediately give you attitude like it's your fault. The manager is a nice person while you are speaking to her maybe to nice to her employees. The employees seem to take advantage of her and is running the place down fast! The drive thru is a gamble on getting your order right, things must be complicated behind the counter now of days . I feel sorry for this place , it's almost a bother for the customer to get decent service. If you manage to get a good employee that enjoys a job you might get a good meal and service, but chances are far and few between. Try your luck if you want but I'm about thru. It's not my fault you can't do your job so quit or stop treating...
