They could care less, probably the worst technical school I've ever attended. I try to ask for guidance and help from one of their academic advisors and all she could tell me was that I am no longer her problem and she only works with new students (got to make sure you get that money huh?) It's very frustrating as a veteran who spent their GI bill on a school that only wanted to leech off for the money rather than actually care about the student(s). I'm not sure how all the other schools across the nation are but I can tell you in my opinion to go ANYWHERE else but here. Save your money and your time and don't bother with a organization of teachers that use the same curriculum they have been using since 2017!! As far as that academic advisor goes you should be ashamed of yourself. Your only job is to advise and guide your students to succeed, I'm not a number I am a person but apparently to you and to the school I am. To anyone reading this I beg you please please find another school to go to especially if you know what you want to do and you truly want to succeed in life. I wasted my time and money here.. please don't make the same mistakes.
To the school who probably won't even bother reading this. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It truly shatters my heart that you treated me this way
To the academic advisor: you should most definitely be ashamed, you know you messed up and instead of owning up and making me waste a year of my life you could have told me you messed the dates up thus resulting in me being able to get in the program I had been working so hard to get in all because I missed a meeting (hopefully that will give you a clue as to who I am, If not, then obviously I am...

Read moreAiken Tech is the best school I have ever went to. Compared to Peru State(NE), & Suffolk Community College(NY).. The professors are great, very helpful. THEY want YOU to learn the material and pass. They are not there to TRY and flunk you.
The president is very friendly and kind as well as the staff members. They really want to help you achieve your goals. The library is great, very nice atmosphere, and very resourceful. The school has an academic success center where they provide FREE tutoring!! How awesome is that!
I also love how new the school looks compared to other schools. Brand new computers in the math lab. PS. Great Security, and Officers that patrol the school. They are always around. I appreciate their hard work to try and keep the school...
