Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aiken County

Went online to place an order for super supreme pizza with black olives and green bell peppers on the right side of the pizza and jalapeno peppers on the left side of the pizza with bread sticks. When I got there to pick it up I was not shown the pizza. I asked for Parmesan cheese and Red pepper flakes and I was informed that I would have to pay an additional charge of $1.75 for them. I stated that I had never paid for it before to be looked at like if you want them you will pay for it now. When I get home and see it's not what I ordered I called them back and was put on hold for 10 minutes before I got anyone's assistance. So I take the pizza back and I was informed that they couldn't take back the incorrect pizza because it had left the store and was brought back. I finally got the correct pizza and still not shown the pizza until I opened it up to make sure it was correct. There was no apology for the mistake nor the fact that I had to drive back up to the store to get the correct pizza. And the wasted time and gas. I was told that it would be addressed and it never was. So I don't think I'll be going back to Pizza...

I ordered the big dinner box online and was given the option to make one of the 3 pizzas a pepperoni lovers pizza with cheezy bites, after paying for order they call me and. Tell me they found it strange to only see 2 pizzas and not 3 in tge big dinner box on my order. When I tell them what my order was they explain that the pizza I added wasn't part of the dinner box and was a limited time offer. I proceed to tell them how it doesn't tell you that online and gives you the option to add it. They take my new order of regular pepperoni in place of that pizza and we end the conversation. To my surprise when pizza hut arrives at my door I not only have the big dinner box with 3 pizzas, but I also have a large pepperoni lovers with cheesey bites as well and and the pepperoni lovers was free of charge discounted to the order thanks to the misunderstanding of the online order. First, I place an order and go in after waiting 30 mins only to be told they don't have my order. The mgr, bless him he didn't know what to do except ask if I wanted to place another order. I said I've waited 30 mins and showed that I placed it at the right location. I said you'll need to compensate for my time and inconvenience. He did. Only to get 2 sorry pizzas. Look at the pizza Pizza Hut advertises and what they give. Reminds me why I stopped ordering. The cheese starts 1/2 way down the slices instead of at the back and I asked for hand tossed. I have thin crust. I drive to PaPa Johns on Wrightsboro in Augusta to get great pizza.. pizza with cheese and the toppings is what's supposed to be not skimpy. They pizza match their advertisement!
