Star Appliance — Local services in Aiken County

CHECK THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATING!!! My landlord called Micheal Simpkins about fixing my refrigerator. He came over after cancelling a few appointments, took a part out of the fridge, and said he'd be back to replace it in 2 days. 2 months later, he promised to come back to back days, and cancelled both days. When I told him I couldn't keep making appointments, he told me he didnt have to show up for our appointments, because it was my land lord who paid him, not me. Then told me I had mental problems and didn't know anything about refrigerators before hanging up on me.

UPDATE: Unless the owner deletes his OWN 5 STAR REVIEW, you see that he is calling a customer "insane". Also, please go check his BBB rating. As you can see, there currently IS NO rating. Click on "Complaints". See how it says "No closed cases in last three years"? Not sure if you can see it or not, but this original review was three years old. He waited until the complaints rolled off and is now bragging about the fact that he has NO rating. On top of lying and calling customers that he treated wrong "insane"? Classy.

UPDATE: As you can see from his response, he blatantly says he doesn't have to do anything because I wasn't the landlord. The landlord DID call him out, and he promised to come back and fix the issue and never did. Then calls his customer's tenant names on the phone.
