Red Morgan Community Center — Local services in Airway Heights

The Alder House just opened and the atmosphere is great! The only problem is the service. There should be more staff to regulate the influx of customers coming in. I waited a long time to order and even receive my food. I don't want to complain considering it's only been open a week, but there definitely needs to be more staff in customer service areas. Other than that the food was great and the beer on tap was great as well! I'm sure in the coming weeks...

Nobody monitors the play area that's supposed to be 3 and under. Every time we take our 15mo old she about gets bulldozed by older kids going wild on the little kids equipment. The place always smells like rotting trash. When we go when they first open the trash cans are usually still full from the previous day. Seems like nobody cares to take care...

This is a customer service industry and if you you can't be kind and be better at that your in the wrong industry. The people working there are just rude and act like they just hate their life. If you really don't like your job quit and don't ruin it for everyone. Would give 0 stars...
