They were helpful as soon as I walked in the door, although there was a dog as soon as I walked in the door. If you are not a dog person, just be aware that there is a dog that greets you at the door. I would rate higher if possible. Clean, organized, knowledgeable and helpful. I was working on a few small projects and getting them done quicker than anticipated, I kept on adding projects to my "to do" list but that also meant I was in the store multiple times on Saturday, three times to be exact. We joked about my multiple trips and Jeanne made a great recommendation about the next project I was working on. I am so thankful that they are there and easy to work with! This is a super little hardware store with a little bit if everything, including a bait corner for the fishermen. We usually end up here at least once whenever we're at the cabin for one thing or another, and the staff are wonderful and friendly!
