Dennis was such a joy to work with! Trustworthy, honest, and down to earth. He offers amazing prices on all of his appliances and he clearly goes above and beyond to clean and repair each machine. Seriously, I have NEVER seen a used washing machine look so clean. He delivered and even helped us install our washer/dryer combo in the basement, and they are working great. He really made us feel taken cared for in every possible way. We were quoted a VERY high price for a brand new washer/dryer set from a sketchy retailer, and I'm so glad we found DKs and bought used instead. It's so much better for the environment and I loved getting to support a small business run by a real person. Absolutely Bad business practices. I gave him my old one for him to repair and sell in his store front bought a used one for $250 and have me a 30 day warrant ,lasted me two weeks and broke! Then he had already placed my old one on his floor and he gave that one back to me worked for 30 with a 60 day warranty now this guy isn't replacing it or is taking my phone calls I had to literally drive the first one back to him and load it up in my truck ,yes I was that nice enough to do it and then I brought the the other one back !
