I am Handicap, they leave the entrance door locked from the inside so you cannot exit. You must go to the other end of the building to exit. I brought this to the attention of the shift leader and my food was taken from me and thrown in the garbage and my payment was thrown at me and I was told to get out. I tried to explain why I was parked in the area I was parked in. The only door that was open for me to enter was different from before. So being Handicap and not able to walk long distance, I parked closer to the building. I hope this woman never treats another customer the way she did me. I even went to get subs a few weeks ago, the trainee burnt my sandwich. Being they were extremely busy and I declined for my sandwich to be remade, because they were so busy. I will not spend another penny in this establishment. The dark haired lady that calls everyone honey or sweetie constantly. From spto employees she treats her coworkers terribly also. Read moreWe spent almost $30.00 dollars on two 6 foot ultimate bmt sandwiches, a chocolate chip cookie and two pepperoni and cheese dippers.....the subs were soggy and had toppings we did NOT want on them and the meat must have been from a wrong sandwich it had turkey and overall they were just gross. The dippers were all tortilla or whatever they roll them in they were hard and also just gross with no dipping sauces in the bag. The cookie was delicious since everything went in the trash after a bite out of each of the subs and the dippers, I guess the cookie just wasn't worth the price of the order. I called the number on the receipt and eventually got an email from the Owner. I was asked to provide all my order details again and did so promptly. It's been a week and I have had no response back, no refund or anything. Not really sure how you make a whole sub and don't notice that you forgot the meat. Who wants to eat a soggy piece of bread with just flavorless vegetables on it?
