Iâm beyond frustrated with the experience I had at this Kings of Vapor location. Yesterday, I purchased a new device and asked point-blank if the 50% off juice promotion was still active with a new device purchase. The employee told me no, so I paid full price for THREE bottles of juice along with my device.
Fast forward to todayâI go to a different Kings of Vapor location and guess what? The promotion is still active. I call back the original store to ask if the promo is actually still running, and suddenly now it is. On top of that, Iâm told that someone else supposedly made a purchase on my account after I left yesterday. Thatâs completely false. I didnât authorize anyone to use my account, and now Iâm being told anyone can use my account and my points? Thatâs insane.
What really blows my mind is the solution they offered: drive 20 minutes back to the store just to get 50% off one juice. I already bought threeâfull priceâbecause I was misinformed by your staff. That mistake is on YOU, not me. My account should be credited, period. I shouldnât have to waste gas and time correcting your employeeâs failure to communicate the correct promotion.
Kings of Vapor, if youâre going to run promotions, train your staff so customers arenât being misled and losing money. This was unacceptable and needs to be made right. âAshleyâ offered very little assistance to rectify this situation! And this is your management?
Try the Kenmore Location. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating :) I will not be shopping at Arlington Location, unless this issue is rectified. Unfortunately the bad travels faster...

Kings of Vapor took some getting used to I'll admit, but it's just a different way of doing business. Tim was very patient with his explanations, andâ I tried a lot of flavors! (I recommend trying their favorite flavors. Chances are, they'll be yours too. ;) I mean they do work with it all day) Atmosphere is relaxed, friendly with knowledgeable, educated staff. No pressure into buying unwanted items. Clean storefront! Both Tim and Craig do their best to please the customers. I've brought in three more so far since I've switched. I kept seeing your billboard on 619 and then a gentleman working at the liquor store (forgot his name - dammit) started talking to me about his vape (cinnamon) let me try it, and I was sold. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. So, 5 star because no bad experience here, and I'm sure if there were ever in the future, it could be...
   Read moreI got a device from another location which apparently had issues with faulty devices. My device was acting up and not working properly. The first day I went in about my device the guy there helped try and fix the issue with no problem. The next day it was still messed up so I went back in and they fixed the problem with no question. The people that work at the Arlington location are very professional and have great customer service skills. They will hold a conversation with you and answer any and all questions you have. I highly recommend the Arlington location. I would definitely mention the two people who helped me but I cant for the life of me remember there names. Great location, great service and great people. If you or anyone needs help with your vaping needs or want to buy anything from kings of vapor I highly recommend the Arlington location.
