First time leaving my dog in the care of “strangers” when I left for a 7 day vacation. Heard great reviews about Kaelyn and her crew at On Cloud Canine so I decided to give it a try. No regrets!! They were awesome! Not only did they treat Logan like he was their own pet, but they took care of my home when visiting. The updates and photos they sent each time they stopped in (and stayed overnight) were very detailed and were a relief for me being so far away. The On Cloud Canine team is truly the best! They’ve cared for our cats a few times now, and every experience has been wonderful — but this most recent week while we were on vacation went above and beyond my hopes. One of our cats has special needs and takes daily medicine, and they paid such great attention to detail to make sure he had a safe, comfortable week without us. It honestly felt like he was getting the same care he does when we’re home. Kaelyn and her husband worked for me in the past so there wasn't any hesitation to call her when my husband and I needed someone to come over and let out our dogs while we went out of town for the day. We have a German Shepherd and a Yorkie which Kaelyn had stopped over earlier in the week to get acquainted. On the day we had her scheduled to come let them out, she arrived within the timeframe we discussed and to my surprise, she completed her visit with a detailed report of her visit that was sent to my email.
