Read moreThis customer service team has no idea what their product is or how to troubleshoot. If it's not on the screen they cannot deal with it. I have had multiple sensor failures and all they will do is ship a new sensor rather than troubleshoot what the problem may be. Since the sensors can be temperature sensitive she said that the cardboard box will protect it. Obviously not in anyway aware of what northern Wisconsin is like in November.
