This is a decent haunt, basically has 4 parts available. This is primarily an outdoor haunt. We visited on a Friday night around 8:30pm, it was moderately busy. The whole thing needs much better signage throughout, from the main road intersection nearby to the parking area entrance/exit to the ticket booth to the attractions themselves. There are so many opportunities to better direct customers! The line/queues are quite narrow and place people in surprisingly close quarters in light of social distancing standards. There were no actors or entertainment in the lines. I will start with the Zombie shoot....very lame, a complete waste of time! Not worth even a short wait. Our first haunt was Psycho Ward. This was our favorite. Not much of a backstory. Groups were spaced well, although a fast moving group behind us caught up which was slightly annoying! Props and scenery were good, but, like many haunts, lighting could have been better to show this off. There were some very good jump scares! Interaction with actors was pretty minimal, but they were mostly enthusiastic. We began to sense a shortage of actors, which became more apparent later on. There were some spots where a camoflaged actor could have replaced a prop to great effect! Mansion was our next stop. It was also pretty good, but was very short. Last was Nightmare. This was similar to Psycho Ward. However, there were long sections of walking in the dark without any real scares. It really appeared to us that some actors were missing! Overall, we had a good time. Better signage is needed. Queue lines should allow a little more space in the current situation. More backstory/theme explanation would be welcomed, maybe some explanatory videos in the queue line areas? Just drop the zombie shoot. More actors are needed! This is a well established haunt, and we visit annually, but it has a lot of...
Read moreREAD THIS BEFORE YOU LEAVE A ONE STAR PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Many of you one star people don’t understand that dumb drunk teens come though so they have to take care of that, and when it’s very busy you might not get a jump scare because there are so many groups that get to scarred and hold people up. You guys don’t understand how hard these actors work. They are out their freezing doing the best they can and all you guys give is complaints. They can’t help it if someone comes in drunk, groups get backed up so we can’t scare you because they are dealing with the dumb people in front of you, not to mention the people who turn agressive toward the workers and try to physically harm them, and when that happens the actors leave their spot to escort them out so you customers don’t get hurt!!!!!!!!!!!! Give them a break, they all have jobs and then work the haunt all night cold and wet, while dealing with all of those things above . Have a damn heart and at least give it 4 stars, you have no idea how hard these people work and what they go through. BY THE WAY, THE WEATHER CONDITONS HAVE BEEN COLD, MANY ACTORS COULDNT TAKE IT AND QUIT, DONT PUT A BAD REVIEW WHEN THE PEOPLE THAT ARE DEDICATED TO BE THERE AND SCARE ARE TRYING THEIR BEST WITH FEW ACTORS AND...
Read moreWe bought tickets for all 4 attractions, we went to the extreme haunted house first to only just walk through it without having anyone scare us because they were too busy scaring the people in front of us and couldn't get back in place in time to scare us. Then we went in the psycho ward and the group in front of us was very drunk( like sloppy drunk)and had cups filled with alcohol with them. We ended up catching up with them bc they were so drunk they were falling all over the place and one of the workers got the drink spilled over her and had to break character just to handle the situation. I paid 25 dollars to get scared once. Place was a joke. I didn't even mind that I had to spend hours waiting in line for one of the attractions but I feel like the could have done more or had more radios throughout the attractions to seprsepa...
