Outstanding Experience at Bay Camps – Highly Recommended! This summer, my two nieces (ages 11 and 13) visited from Germany, and I started searching for a fun and enriching program for them. While browsing online, I came across Bay Camps. At first, I was a bit hesitant — their structure and overall approach seemed quite different from traditional camps I was familiar with. But that quickly changed.

From the very first email, their communication was fast and professional. I was especially impressed by Chris, the owner of Bay Camps. He was not only extremely professional, but also incredibly kind and understanding. He patiently answered all our questions and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming.

Both of my nieces — and my 12-year-old son, who was able to join them — had an amazing time. Every day offered a new adventure in a new location, which kept them excited and engaged throughout the entire two weeks. Unlike many camps that keep kids indoors, Bay Camps gave them the chance to explore, move, and connect with nature. This was a huge plus for us.

I can't say enough about this camp. Communication was clear, consistent, detailed. I had immediate responses when I had information that I needed to relay. Inquired about any medication first morning of drop off, in conjunction with preliminary forms. Chris was a fantastic communicator and my son enjoyed him. Pick up and drop off was easy and manageable. If you break down the price per day and activities compared to sitter it's quite a deal. My son did 5 separate camps this season, this was the first camp of the summer. the activities were varied day by day. My son would come home mentally and physically exhausted in the BEST way. He did archery, the beach, eating on top of Mt. Diablo, trampoline park. Every day was a different adventure. On one occasion he fell and they insured he was safe and comfortable and communicated exactly what happened. Out of the 5 my son attended, this was his top rated.
