Heidi runs the best dog boarding business in Seward and on the Peninsula. Maybe anywhere!! Everywhere we go, people all over Seward and beyond tell stories about how she takes care of and exercises dogs. And when we drop the dogs off or even see Heidi on a trail, our dogs jump for joy to see her!! 🐾 Our dogs have been to Heidi's for a day, overnight and sometimes up to two weeks, and we are always confident they are in a home away from home. Heidi has sent us pictures of the adventures the dogs are on, and it is always reassuring and makes us smile to see how much fun the dogs are having. For the same price of boarding your dog and keeping them in a fenced yard (at comparable businesses in the state) Heidi will take the dogs for hikes and fun excursions around the area. And that's not the only way Heidi goes above and beyond to care for and love your dogs while you're away, we've received pictures of the dogs at Christmas with their personalized stockings hanging on the mantel and just this week, Heidi sent a picture of our little guy getting a ride on her shoulders after a hike through the snow!!! My dogs are frequent flyers at Seward Dog Lodge. I have a young one who does daycare adventures two days a week, a middle aged dog who goes once in a while, and I also use the dog lodge for boarding. I am confident that Heidi knows the dogs, can take care of them and will always keep me in the loop. We have been using the dog lodge for years and Heidi is amazing! We are rving through Alaska with our 2 dogs and needed a place to safely and securely take care of them while we went on a boat tour for the day. Our one dog is a 7 month old, 75 lb Velociraptor.
