Having such a strict schedule requirement that can leave clients locked out of classes for being more than 2mins late, while simultaneously not opening doors until 5mins before morning classes and not allowing people to wait outside is confusing, contradicting, and overall bad business practice.
People risking being verbally chastised in front of a class for needing to use the restroom during a class is far from a welcoming and positive environment.
Client experiences of men entering a woman’s personal space and management requiring phone calls to fulfill promises of compensatory classes doesn’t reflect safety or willingness to be accountable.
Overall, you might love the vibe! A lot of the coaches are great. But personally, it’s not worth supporting a business that operates in this manner.
Edit: I definitely have taken more than 1 class, but please continue to display your dishonest business practices online.
Despite your policy, people don’t deserve to be belittled and intimidated for needing to urinate.
While I wouldn’t define 3 comments I’ve left on your owner’s public TikTok “harassment” - I was unaware there was a time limit on sharing one’s personal experience with a business, especially when I’ve paid for services or that it was considered stalking. Disagree, but enjoy fluffing up...
Read moreI can’t say enough about how much I love the PWR House and the community that the team has built there. I have been working with Stephanie in personal training and cycle for over 3 years, and have now added in Reformers thanks to their expansion! I LOVE Stephanie (and honestly all of the coaches are amazing). Aside from cussing Steph out during every session, she is amazing. Stephanie knows exactly how far she can push her clients and when/where to make modifications. Without question, I am in the best shape of my life (including my teen/high school years). I feel strong, I have more confidence and self esteem than I ever have. The PWR House is hands down the best gym and fitness center in Fairbanks. The facility is the cleanest you will find ANYWHERE. All of the equipment is top of the line and maintained to flawless performance. The value is incomparable. They offer free towels , free water and snacks, shoe rentals, the widest variety of classes to fit any schedule. I love being able to support a small family and veteran owned business. This business is truly what the golden heart city is all about. If you aren’t at the PWR House, what are you...

It’s rare to find a gym that combines professional-level resources with such a strong sense of community. Any negative comments you may hear or see don’t reflect the true experience here — this is a facility that speaks for itself through its consistency, standards, and results.
Fairbanks is fortunate to have a gym of this caliber, and I would recommend PWR House Gym and +reformers without hesitation to anyone looking for a place to train seriously and feel supported...
