7-Eleven — Local services in Albany

I went in to grab a couple energy drinks... I was rudely greeted.. which is fine its 7-11 I don't expect much.. but when I brought my drinks up.. I was met again with rudeness and hostility. Courtney, the cashier was having what I can only describe as a manic episode, she screamed at me.. refused to ring me up.. her manager came over trying to figure out what was happening.. Courtney walked away from the register screaming.. literally saying things like "B@%!☆! I'm not helping u!!! I'm not ringing her up!! U don't even know me b@$!#!! I was appalled. The manager was obviously also taken back as she finished ringing me up. My only assumption is she was either on serious drugs OR she thought she knew me.. which is so far from accurate. I've never seen her before 7 11.. and hopefully I don't run into her again, she's obviously unstable. It was a terrible experience even for a 7 11. I certainly hope there was some...
