Favorite Mistake — Restaurant in Albany

Sadly, my experience was not very good... I really wanted this to become my " go- to"... while the 2 employees were very nice and friendly... the service was HORRIBLE... I sat at a table... the bar stools were all full... I later discovered why... the only patrons who get service are the ones who sit on the bar stools at the bar... the rest of the room gets ignored.. the 2 employees refuse to venture out from behind it... someone needs to manage these 2 nice friendly employees and explain that only one of them should be behind the bar and the other needs to be working the floor serving the customer sitting out at the tables.... otherwise...just have one employee... the labor cost could be cut in half.... of course if they were properly managed the revenues would triple.... my plan was to have 3 beers and a whiskey and leave a nice tip.... everybody wins... instead I was only served one beer and 30 minutes later after no further service I dropped a 10 dollar bill on the bar and left... the employees still got a good tip from me...even thought they did not earn it.. not their fault for not being properly trained and managed.. the big losers on the night were me and the establishment..... we both would have been happier if i could have been served a few...

Neither I nor my friends will ever go back to this bar again. As soon as we arrived, around 10pm, the bartender Julie was already drunk. She was the most rude person I've ever met in my life. She started fights with my friends over asking to see their ID's 3 times in a row. Then, she said some extremely racist things to my Hispanic friend and kicked him out. She and some meathead chased me out of the bar and into the bowling alley trying to pick a fight with me because i walked into the favorite mistake with a drink i had purchased at the bowling alley. She caused a huge scene when i was only trying to gather my friends to leave. She ripped an 8 dollar drink out of my hands and spilled it all over the floor. And as i tried to leave, her drunk ass and some guy chased me down trying to fight me. Absolutely the most unprofessional ive ever seen anyone be.

Only go here if you're okay being served by a racist cun*. Hands down the worst bar...

This place is absolutely lit.

Who knew that such a dope bar experience existed in Albany. And I say “experience” because that is what it is. Let’s start with this burger. I was starving, and I rolled in with low expectations, assuming it would just be Cisco powered bar food. I could have not been more wrong. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and all I can say is it blew my mind. Amazing.

Now, for service. The bartenders are so great. Kind, conversational, and fast. The kind of people you would want to hangout with if they weren’t working.
