My honest review.

We drove from Eugene to Albany in order to see the selection the shop has to offer. I came into this experience without any expectations. My wife and I have been looking everywhere online for a new bed. My back hurts and I was in need of a change. When we first showed up I didn't realize it, but Mack was already inside waving us in with a smile. His calm and helpful demeanor was very inviting. He put a mask on immediately as we entered. The shop isn't too big. That being said, it's big enough to comfortably move around and try some beds out. The AC was on and keeping the showroom a perfect temperature. There are several different mattresses scattered throughout the show floor with additional options in a separate room off to the side. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with our lack of knowledge and concerns. He asked what our price point was and if we had any ideas on what type of firmness we had in mind. We tried nearly all of the mattresses he had because of his expertise and knowledge. He explains all of them in great detail. He helped narrow it down to the exact one we had been looking for. Eventhough we weren't entirely sure walking in. He helped reassure us and made my wife and I feel secure in our purchase. He worked with us with price and we got a really good deal on a Queen size Sapphire Cool Phase Memory Foam mattress. We ended up getting a Bedder Bed Mattress Support System, and a mattress cover as well. You just can't beat the prices and customer service. I will buy all of my mattresses from Mack at Albany Mattress. He even helped me fit it all into the back of a small sedan. Best customer service and best prices around. 👌 Thanks...

Conner was very helpful I'm 5 months pregnant and really needed a new queen mattress he showed me 2 different models in a twin size model And I got to try them out I found a mattress that was perfect. Now with that being said during the transaction a lady came in very upset with a misunderstanding on a mattress that was just purchased he handled the situation very well but had to get law enforcement involved due to the disrespect of the lady who was on his property and refused to leave I don't think I've ever seen somebody handle a situation like this with more professionalism. I'm not going to lie The situation was quite comical but Connor handled it perfectly and stayed calm and professional through the entire altercation. The lady was very upset wanting a refund just to put it out there It clearly says on the wall ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS.

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress from Conner and so far we're impressed with it. One night in so it's still early but Conner really helped out with his vast knowledge and patience. He didn't seem to mind the numerous and repetitive questions my wife and I asked. He seemed to try to find us the best deal he could muster while still keeping our desires in mind. No, we didn't find the smoking $500. Deal we were hoping but he did find us a quality bed for $800.00. Unfortunately, it came with no warranty so we passed. We settled on a more expensive unit and slept in it last night. Pretty comfy. Thanks Conner for the sale and helping us load it in our truck! Great...
