This place is the picture of bad customer service. I’ve heard bad things but I thought I’d give them a try. When I walked in to get a part the staff acted annoyed I was even there, no one looked me in the eye, and they were rude. Not just rude, but obnoxious. We own an ancient backhoe and needed to replace its engine. Ty at Farmland helped us convert to a newer diesel, selling us a used engine and guaranteeing it could be rebuilt. As we tore into the block, Ty stayed with us, shipping us any parts we found damaged. He went so far as shipping us a missing cap screw behind the water pump.
