This Fair is a joke if you go to see a concert there. We went on 8/3/2024 to see a concert. It was the worst concert I have ever been to. I go to concerts almost every weekend. Concerts should be a place to go to have fun, get excited, and enjoy some good music. The music here was good, but everything else like having fun or getting excited was not had. The volunteers at this event were like little drill sargents. They were patrolling like they had the lawful right to do so. Let me explain they were walking around and spotting people trying to record their moment of fun. Once they located someone that was they would approach them very awkwardly and would ask them to stop recording with no explanation. It was never told to anyone that they could not record, so this was pretty strange. But, besides that they legally can not ask people that request as it it their legal right to do so. They should really look into the First Amendment Rights. Again worst experience I have ever had at a concert. One would think that the musicians would appreciate the fact that people would record them, as this would be a great way to be promoted. But, this Fair took that opportunity for the musicians away just like they took the American people's...

Came to this facility for the first time and my first time in Minnesota. My friends and I got got to the venue after we have already bought tickets to the show there that night to get told that we have to pay another $13 to get in and the lady who told us that was very rude and made us walk all the way around the front of the building instead of just cutting through the lot. Then we get up to the gate waiting for doors to open and I asked the lady what time doors open and she says “whenever my boss tells me they can open” I let her know that we had to be at the merch booth at seven because we had a VIP meet and greet and she said “okay well the doors open when I say they open” not a...

Such a peaceful place to stay! We needed a quiet weekend along our route to get things done and stayed at the fairgrounds last minute. Would have loved to have visited while fair/rodeo was around but was not on our plan. Lovely little facility. There was a local swap meet in the 4-H building which we enjoyed!! Mind you that this was built in the 1950s and so infrastructure is a little bit outdated, but it is a great place to park for a night or a week but don’t expect luxury accommodations in the bathrooms. We loved it here. Barbara and her husband were darling...

It is a small county fair. Everything you would normally see, farm animals, crafts, a carnival midway, farm machinery, and grandstand shows.
