Would not recommend this company to get appliances. When their delivery men came out to deliver and hook up our washer and dryer unit. Once we started using the washer we thought it was all hooked up. An hour later when we get back home, we come home to water all over our carpet. Mind you we have plywood. We call them and explain what we found and the male we spoke to gave us a lame excuse "water tends to stay in the water line that hooks up to the washer there for that is why there is water that came out." Didn't even bother having their guys come back out to inspect it. So we gave the benefit of the doubt (dumb of us to do) and guess what happened. The hose that is supposed to be hooked up to the washer came completely off. My mother, cousin and i had to clean up the mess after turning off the washer and having to hook it back up the correct way. It's been working since. Bought a leather couch, recliner, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher from Micks 1 1/2 year ago. Had a small pin hole in the leather sofa. Called to let them know because I wanted them aware of it in case it git bigger with use. They came and looked at it and said it was probably from a tag they had removed, it wouldn't be a problem. Then the first time I used the dishwasher it leaked called and they said they would send someone. I waited a few months knowing how busy they were and when I called again they apologized and said they thought someone had come and taken care of it. He said they would get someone here. I have called a couple more times and still no one has gotten back to me and dishwasher is still leaking. I am very disappointed in Micks and won't be going back. I feel like we had a pretty big purchase and they don't back...

Paid almost $1400 for a new king size mattress. Contacted them after2 weeks and told them we didn't like it. They said give it another couple weeks to adjust to it. Still didn't like it after 3 more weeks. Went in they said. Pick out what you want. Picked out a different and cheaper mattress, the guy says ok. That'll be $300 plus tax to trade. I said no, it's under warranty. He says yea but now I have to discount it and try to sell a used mattress. So you have to pay the difference. Nope, don't think so.
