Left crying and BLEEDING in the middle of my appointment! All I wanted was a simple gel ombré manicure. When I sat down the lady kept pressuring to do dip which I did not want. She tried to do gel and it looked bad so I politely told her that I didn’t quite like them and she informed me it would look much better dipped so I trusted her. She’s the professional. The owner came over and told her she wasn’t doing it correctly with the dip and to have the guy next to her do it that “he was better.” So I moved over a chair and before I could say anything he just started slapping on acrylic which I didn’t want! I’m not a picky person so I let it go, maybe he’d do a great job. This man cut just about every single finger. I pulled my hands away and they were bleeding pretty bad. He didn’t say anything or ask me if i was okay. I got up before he was even half way done and left with chunky, half dry acrylic and called another place to get them off. 8 out of 10 nails have cuts like this.

I usually have had great experiences here with the owner who was Lee. Unfortunately, after getting an acrylic rebase yesterday + French tips ($53.$$), Talia was the worst nail technician I have ever experienced. While drilling and filing, she cut my cuticles multiple times and she did not even apologize. From every single nail being completely mis-shaped, every French tip being squiggly/not even/not painted fully, and none of the nail lengths being even, I will NEVER be returning. This is very unfortunate, but there are many nail salons that are more considerate to their costumers. Unfortunately, they have permanently lost mine and my family’s business.

This staff was super friendly. Great prices. The atmosphere is very laid back. Although if you are looking for a more relaxing spa like experience this is not the place to be. On the positive side of you are in a rush they will have you in and out in fifteen minutes for a deluxe pedicure. Also if you want your calloused skin on your feet removed I would recommend going somewhere else.

Have been coming here for a year now at recommendation of a friend. The service is good quality which is why I keep coming back, however it’s VERY hard to get an appointment and staff are very rude when answering the phone — almost like it’s an inconvenience to them that you’re wanting an appointment! Almost every time I call I get told that my preferred date is “busy” and can I come on a different day, then when I really push for it magically (yet RELUCTANTLY) they can find a time on the preferred date. Sorry but I shouldn’t have to feel guilty for booking a mani on a day I want. They also aren’t open on Sundays which is a real bummer if you work the standard M-Fr. Plus I come to learn they are closed for almost the whole WEEK of Thanksgiving which I have never heard of a small business being closed for THAT long. One would think they’d want to make extra $$$ being open day after T-Day and that weekend! Their hours just do not make it convenient for their customers but it’s clear they don’t care about that. When I mentioned to the staff on the phone that it would be nice if they had more convenient hours they respond “well ma’am you gotta do what you gotta do and we’ll do what we gotta do.” Cool. You go do that then. And I’ll make my way to another salon that knows how to provide good customer service. Sorry but you guys aren’t the only nail salon...

I was getting a gel polish manicure when the lady next to me started getting a massage while getting her manicure. I was new to the place so I didn't know that was available. I asked my lady "the next time I booked a manicure, I could also book a massage?" My manicurist said yes and the lady getting the massage also said yes but the manicurist (Laura) doing the massaged lady said "NO" "That is not for new customers and only the masseuse could decide if she will do a massage!" First of all, Laura was not even a part of our conversation and secondly was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! And she wouldn't stop! She kept reprimanding me even when I was paying at the register so I could get away from that horrible woman! I was so turned off by Laura at Luxury SPA and Nails! If I could give negative scores I would! Shame on you Laura! If your going to have a masseuse don't dictate who is "allowed" to have a massage and who may not! It's called DISCRIMINATION Laura! Go back to school and learn customer service because you suck at it!! Rude! Rude! Rude!...
