Stopped by here even though it's quite out of the way (which has it's benefits) on our homemade "Breaking Bad" tour just before leaving ABQ. We just HAD to check out where most of the interior scenes of Breaking Bad was filmed (as well as other shows and movies) - it just wouldn't be an appropriate tour without this place in the mix!
As we approached the studio, we came upon some "Event in Progress" signs which turned out to be studio workers preparing an outdoor scene for a show/movie which was a highlight and made the extra trek worth it. Some of the vehicles they were using in the scene(s) were on the road as we drove through.
Coming into the studio area, to the right, are what seemed to be apartments. We originally thought those might be for cast members, but the local cafe lady told us not-so. :(
As you drive past the studio, you can see into the large entrance, but there's a big wall surrounding most of the property so you can't really see anything beyond that. Even so, we drove all the way around and came upon an old western set that exists at the far end of the studio buildings. It was so cool to see!

I would like to praise Carney for his consistency in checking in on us as background actors and taking the time to learn our names and consider our well being, especially as a first time actor. He took the time to make us feel heard and comfortable without frustration.
Noni was pleasant to work with in costumes as she portrayed my characters look to make me feel comfortable and flatterIng along with Daniela taking her time with my hair.
Michael, Danielle, and Sheila work quickly and efficiently to cover my tattoos I appreciate them for their constant touch ups.
