I wasn’t going to make this review but after seeing the managements reply I decided to go ahead, I visited this establishment with my family, we purchased 3 wrist bands under the impression we would be able to go on the other track (we were told by YOUR employees the other track is faster because the other carts are used more so they become slow) right after we purchased our 1hr wrist bands we walked over to the track which was now closed, I understand you close different tracks at different times but that should have been communicated. the only thing we were told about the faster track was that it was open on weekends which we were there on a Saturday around 10-11, nonetheless we immediately tried to get refunds ofc there is a no refund policy, which i understand, so we just asked for our moneys worth, we spent $90 you gave us $60 dollars worth of tickets so yes we were upset, but to have your employees call my family member an “old a** b****” and to say that we’re “really complaining over $90” and also have two of your female employees giving us stank faces and making snarky remarks the entire time is absurd. After reading the managements reply you are trying to make it seem as if we are liars, if you really checked the footage and heard the audio you would have seen YOUR employees being EXTREMELY disrespectful I have never in my entire life experienced such bad customer service, I too have a job that requires me to deal with customers and i understand sometimes customers can become overwhelming or frustrating but never in my life would I act the way those two girls acted that night. And for the manager to just stand there and watch all this happen is actually crazy to me. (This is to the management yet again. You replied to my review and you were open and honest about your facilities mistake, and yes you did give us proper credit AFTER your employees were disrespectful to my family, and wasted our time to actually ride the carts. we were left only able to ride the carts 2x. Yes us wasting our hard earned money was unfortunate. It is also unfortunate that you are claiming I am a false customer. I would love to see this escalate into a bigger situation if you feel need be. Because in that case you will see just how stupid you and your facility really is. Being truthful and honest about an experience had at your facility is not considered “bashing” and if you think that an honest opinion is bashing maybe you should check your staff and your equipment . I inserted a photo I took that night just to prove I was indeed there. And if you need more proof go ahead and check the cameras I have long dark hair and a pale complexion and I was with the rest of my family. To think just because there are multiple reviews about this situation makes it “false” just doesn’t make sense if anything it’s the opposite. There are multiple reviews because there were multiple people involved. So please at the very least choose to make sense. xoxo)

Nice attraction for the kids and family. Not that big but just enough games for a crowd of kiddos. Been here a few times with my daughter and she has always loved it. This time however, was her first time being able to drive the go karts on her own so she was kind of nervous about the ordeal. One time she hit the kart in front of her so hard it started a chain reaction of karts moving in front of her. Rather than the attendant(guy with the braids) working the karts having an attitude or shunning my daughter, he nicely explained to my daughter on how to slow the kart down and drive the kart. This meant a lot to me because I just knew I was going to have an issue with the employee(s) about my daughter's ineptitude of operating the kart. I really appreciate his professionalism and patience with my daughter. Also a plus about the venue, their restroom was very clean.

I’m extremely disappointed with my visit tonight. My family and I visited & noticed that the go carts were extremely slow. We saw that they had 2 go cart tracks. So we went in and asked if there was a reason why one track was slow and the other was faster. He asked us if we wanted a faster one just to ride the other track. It was never once mentioned that the other track that we were told was closed at a certain time (this should be mentioned before purchasing along with the no “Refund Policy” So we paid for an hour wristband and went to the other track, and they were closed. I was upset at the fact that it wasn’t mentioned to me, so I went inside and asked for a refund, because that was the only reason why we paid me and my group, otherwise we would have left. As I was talking to the manager and expressing my concern, I got laughed at and told that I was crying over $$. I asked her “how about she's gives me $$ nobody is crying, “but anybody would be upset about any hard working money they’ve earned. She told me “I’m an old a* b* and I have kids her age.” Which is (4 & 10) I guess that’s how old she was? Which btw but I’m in my 20s, since we want to call people old! But to be yelled at and cursed at in front of other guests is so uncalled-for. What does my age and kids have anything to do with me wanting my money back or money worth? Please explain I wasn’t even talking to her. I was kindly / respectfully speaking with the manager about the situation. This girl jumped into attacking me & was talking to me like she knew me or had some sort of anger built up in her. What kind of employees do you hire that cuss at paying customers? My 2 little girls heard the employees speaking to me that way. I was so shocked that the manger just stood there allowing employees to yell at paying customers and sit there and laugh thinking it was funny the customers weren’t happy with their experience. Let’s see what the owner has to say about this. Look at the cameras all you want. I hope they have audio too which I was told they don’t let’s see if they lie and say they do. The employee already had an attitude when we first walked in. While we were trying to enjoy the money I had spent, despite how I was being treated, me and my group were being stared at out the window, ugly faces being made at us made us feel extremely uncomfortable!! Never will I come back again!!! Also, if you want to stand in line for 30 minutes to ride the wristband it is a waste of money as well. All they did for us was offer to trade in all our wristbands (3 of them) for 7 tickets just to go 2 rounds each for $30. What a joke since they have a “No Refund Policy”, so be prepared to be cussed out and be disrespected infront of your children and other guest!!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you that the reviews were true!!! Don’t bother with this place. Please take your business elsewhere !!!!!! I’ll be leaving my 10k + social media followers aware of the customer service and experience. Please don’t reply with lies or excuses. My experience was witnessed by a crowd of people listening. Thank you for a horrible experience! At this point, a refund should have been issued that to me after being cursed out in front of everybody that was there. What a horrible business to run with kids attacking the paying customers that bring the business money.Of course they are going to deny the fact I was being treated this way what business will admit at fault in treating a customer this way ? I have no reason to lie on the 2 Hispanic lady’s behind the counter what do I gain out of that?

EDIT : I was not taking care of or pleased with the outcome they had to offer it wasn’t worth what I had went through the harassment & being Humiliated by other guest who just stood and listen! The reply back to my comment was full of lies covering up their tracks nobody in my group was cursing if that was the case why where we able to still stay in the establishment & not escorted out? .i wish i would have went with the other reviews and had listen...

1 star because I had to for my review, but it should be zero!! I was very hesitant about leaving a review but after reading what the owner responded to that lady I felt I should since I was there so I’m leaving this review based on what I witnessed. First to the owner of this establishment, now you are making the customer sound like a liar. The employees were loud and ghetto. You failed that customer and now you’re backing up your employees by saying you heard nothing on audio/camera that leads me to believe you support your employees behavior last night. Take her review and this one to see how your business is being managed your employees need some serious customer service training. That lady deserves for you to make it right, not you calling her basically a liar. I was seriously left speechless on how your management and employees treated a customer. They honestly did not care who heard and who was there. I heard the entirety of the customers complaint to the manager in which she was calmly explaining. The customer had valid reasons to request a full refund. TRUST ME I would’ve too, if that was me. In my honest opinion they robbed that lady! The manager was rude and disrespectful. A female employee stepped in the conversation while the customer and manager were talking and started just cursing the lady out, for absolutely no reason whatsoever, she was insulting, laughing and making faces at her and her family! The manager did absolutely nothing, he allowed the employee to be disrespectful to the customer and in front of her children. That’s insane!! No way, I could support a business like that, we left.
