I rented the enchanted castle moon bounce 8/22/24 and it kept collapsing on the children. I spoke with a Steve who came and picked up moon bounce and let him know what happened and he assured me I would get another one next year, since I do an annual cookout, free of charge. Call to confirm for this year and they have amnesia. I have the email and all but owner said he didn’t speak with me so all he can do is 20% off. I never asked for a free moonbounce however Steve offered and had in text so I believe they should have honored what they offered. I will not recommend using this company. We booked fairly last minute due to a rained-out scheduled party the week before... the moon bounce was a hit! Very reasonable prices, good communication and the drop-off/pick-up went smoothly.
