I had a fantastic experience working with Patrick at Blue Knob Auto Sales! I had been car shopping for over a month & working with another dealership & was not happy with the treatment & service I was getting there. On a whim I checked the BKAS website & saw a vehicle I liked (Jeep Cherokee), called to confirm it was available & test drove it the same day. Patrick was low pressure, straight forward with their hold policies, loan application process & even worked with me on my purchase timeline to allow me to pick up my vehicle on a planned road trip! The night before I was to pick up the vehicle I thought I was going to purchase, I visited the website & found a different one I wanted to try. Patrick was super patient & and flexible with me & I test drove it when I got there to purchase the vehicle I had on hold. Patrick ran numbers for me again & helped me compare/consider monthly payments. I ended up purchasing a 2023 VW Tiguan & I am in love! I also had a great experience with Dexter in the loans department. He was so thorough, talked me through everything, & made sure I had copies of all my paperwork. I will absolutely be going to Blue Knob Auto Sales again! I will caution that if you are traveling to visit the dealership & interested in a specific vehicle, call ahead to ensure the availability. BKAS moves a lot of cars & they move them quickly. My family and I have purchased 7 vehicles from Blue Knob in the past 20 years. We keep cars until they die, but when they do we always go back to Blue Knob for the next one. The cars are good quality, reasonably priced, and have rarely needed anything major before 180k miles. That’s a testament to the maker, but also a testament to the quality of vehicle that is sold here.

The staff is amazing. I recently purchased a car from Theresa, and was also helped by in the finance department. They go above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and welcoming. And no, that’s not because they are car salesman. This is not a place where they chase you through the sales lot trying to sell you something. You go at your own pace, and they let you test drive and view their vehicles on your own and without hassle. There’s no pressure to buy unnecessary add ons, and the price on the car is as low as they go. It’s honest, reliable car selling by people who care about you finding the right one when you come in.

Stopped by after doing some online shopping and preapproval on their website. One of their sales reps, Josh, text me saying if I had any questions to reach out. I was curious if their website was up to date for the day so I tried to text back. He responded back super quickly with what had sold for the day. Super impressed right off the bat.

Upon arrival, they were the still the same blue knob I would have expected, let us browse without pestering as is their model. We told them we were interested in comparing 2 trucks, so they gave us keys to both to peek into before deciding which one we wanted to test drive.

They valued our trade above KBB, Which we were pleased with so we decided to go through with the sale of the one vehicle we liked.

The people were amazing with our two toddlers we had with us, opening up their vending machine and giving each of them a snack to enjoy while they played at the nice kids area. Never once did we feel like they were unwelcome, despite their messiness and noisiness.

The sales rep had 3 customers at the same time so we had to wait our turn a couple of times but in and out time with test driving and comparing vehicles was around 2 hours.
