My mothers car heat started to work off and on about 2 months ago. Months later the temperature gauge was coming on and it began running hot. I wentbto Hanna's and told them what was happening. The nice lady atbtge desk said" probably the thermostat and immediately wentbto the service bay and spoke with a gentleman that was working on another vehicle. Thusvtook anout 2 minutes. She said we don't have a tiw truck right now to go pick it up and it will be Thursday before we can get to it. They had other vehicles that they had to work on. I told this nice lady( I must get her nane) tgst my mom had tiwing snd would get it towed their. She said ok. I then asked her if I could getbit towed there on Wednesday. She said yes. Sll of this took place on that Monday. Wednesday tge car was towed there. Thursday morning the nice lady called and told me the problem ( thermostat just like she said) and gabe me the price. ( That was the best part,it was so great.). I say ok and she said we will get the parts needed. She also explained that it it wasn't just couldn't get a thermostat it was sn assembly . I knew what she was talking about. Friday morning around 10 or 11 I got a call from her that the car was ready. I called my mom she was so suprised and happy. She said to me on the phone" already. The rest is history. I know one thing for sure is that I will be taking anything that I need worked on there.I only saw and talked to the nice lady and did glimpse a man working on a car from the side. Excellence at it's best and the price was right. Happy...

After looking around I came across Hannah's. I typically try and work on my own stuff but don't have everything for AC diagnosis. They fit me in and had me cooling again. Now my family can be comfortable again, Thank you.
