No water for 2 days. They provided timely visit- 2 days. They fixed 1 of 3 problems. We had a bad Pressure switch on the well pump. After the fix, the pump was short cycling, which led to the diagnosis of a bad pressure tank. They said a plumber was needed. The plumber arrived 2 days later and said the problem was the well not the tank. Called Lloyd Well Drilling. They came with a pressure tank just in case. The diagnosis WAS the pressure tank was bad not the well. Phew! That was close. They changed out the tank, and all is well. After all the tanks in the house, the water heater and toilets, the house pump would not shut off. Another problem. We stopped- prayed just a quick prayer. I told my wife to take a shower, and I would turn off the pump for 15 minutes so it would cool down. I turned the pump back on and took my shower. I had all the electricity to my RV go out on Friday the 17th I called Willis Electric and talked with Ms. Carol at 4:30 pm. Ms. Carol was so nice and helpful. Set up time for the electrician to come out. They called when the electricians were on their way. They arrived on time and the two gentlemen were so nice, friendly, professional and got job done quickly and cleaned up when they were finished. Have called repeatedly, stopped in repeatedly to attempt to schedule an estimate for an installation. There is evidently only one person who does the estimates and he “makes up his own schedule.” I gave up months ago on this business.
