Just want to show my gratitude and appreciation for the above and beyond service today. I'm 600 miles away working. My beautiful girlfriend is up there. I asked to have the flowers I ordered to be delivered later in the day. After answering a phone call I believe from Debbie she explained the situation and dilemma, as i explained I was away working. She took it upon herself to deliver the flowers at a later time. I am greatful for the excellent service I received today. You'll definitely be getting more business from me in the future! I called from Kansas City to get flowers for a funeral in Sebring. I explained that I wanted higher end flowers because it is for my Aunt. I ordered on Monday for the Friday service. So there was plenty of time to text me a photo or even post the finished product on your Google page, neither did I receive a receipt. So, I have no idea what I bought. If someone tells you they aren't local, you need to provide these simple things. When I called Debbie seemed like she wanted to not talk to me. It seemed very odd. My partner has purchased flowers from many different florists in this area, and my experience with Joy's was definitely the best. Even with the small hiccup in picking up. Even being swamped because of Valentine's Day they were able to correct the mistake in a timely manner, and even gave me some extra chocolates. (Which are absolutely scrumptious!) Flower quality is lovely, and I know when my Lily's open tomorrow this piece will be even more stunning than it already is. The carnations I got for my mom were also gorgeous!
