These guys are best in the area hands down. They’ve worked on my Kia Stinger from subwoofers and amps, to installing my carbon fiber steering wheel, shift knob, RGB air conditioning vents, and front headlight canards. They’ve been top class, 100% professional and courteous, AVAILABLE, and I’ve never had an issue with them in all my years they’ve spent working on my car. My subwoofers went out after a minor fender bender and they saw me within minutes of me calling them, found the issue, then fixed it all for free. It’s truly amazing having a trusted shop and good people around. They are reliable and good at what they do, Pat is a Jack of All Trades, professional level attention to detail and can do anything honestly. Salute to the team, will stay doing business with y’all for years to come! Thank you!

I wanna give a huge shoutout to Allan Roy at River Valley Electronics for always looking out for his people! I hooked it all up last weekend and then detailed the suv this week for some good pics!! His subs and amps are some of the best I’ve heard in a long time not only that look at the size of that omega 8”, this thing bumps for two 8’s!! These are his omega 8” 800 rms 4ohm And his 1500v2 amp that has a fan in the bottom to help with cooling! Plus he has his own wiring kit aswell!! Go check my dude out!

I had two 12" Audiopipe subwoofers and a 1500 watt Audiopipe amp installed in my Chevy Cruze. The box is a Russian Birchwood box. It's REALLY loud! I also got a bass knob that came with the amp installed. I've had it for almost a month with no problems. I love it! I highly recommend this place. They are really professional and affordable.

Well lets start this off with I had been searching for someone to put a stereo in a vehicle i purchased. I heard of these guys from a friend and went ahead and took a shot in the dark in the hopes that this place was reliable and would do a good job. the Customer service was good for the most part and the cost was ok but i really never got what i was looking for to be honest. this all transpired over the course of 2 visits, the initial and then once again to add something. after the first visit i was not happy with the work done and the sound in the stereo. They told me to bring it back and they would re-tune the stereo. I went ahead and ordered some parts 3rd party and asked them to install them and the address the issues i had. dropped the vehicle off at 7am and did not get it back until 10:30pm that night. I know the installer worked hard on it and moved a few things around, but 16 hours is a bit much. then i noticed some static coming through the speaker whenever i would accelerate and turned right around and went back. we pulled the dash again and tried to fix this but the installer was unsuccessful in his attempt. At this point i was done messing around with them and took it to Auto Plex and had them trace the issue. it turns out the installer at RVE had spliced the RCA cables together and the whole wiring situation was a mess. this whole deal cost me even more money out of pocket but the issue is fixed. This whole ordeal has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and Im done with RVE. I have read the reviews from other people saying they really like this place and it has great pricing, but thats is the issue. I feel they have overloaded the installer and that is the cause of the issue. I don't know that for sure and wont find out but this is my...

Had a system installed and was having problems with audio cutting in and out, so I brought it back to the shop to see what they thought, they checked it out and said that it was probably my amp and wanted me to buy a new one. I tried to get the one I had diagnosed to see if that was actually the problem, but they wanted to charge me to unscrew two bolts to take out the seat to do it, so when I got home I started going through everything they had installed because the issue was that the amp wasn’t pulling enough power from the battery, (which typically doesn’t mean you have a bad amp.) After looking at everything, I lift up the carpet to see that they had drilled a hole straight through the floor of my truck for the power wire (carpet was absolutely soaked underneath because there’s literally two holes in the floor) and drilled another hole through the bottom for the ground, instead of putting it on any other bolt like a reasonable person would do, and running the power wire through the firewall like a real professional would. Turns out I didn’t need to buy another $400 amp from them, my only problem was that the power wire was just all cut up from being rubbed against the hole that they cut in my truck. Super glad it didn’t catch fire after seeing what they had left me with. Wouldn’t have had any issue with this place because I was happy with the installation before and would have been happy if they wanted to fix what they had caused, but after I figured out the tacky job they had done, and after the owner wanted to charge me to unscrew two bolts to test their work, I took it to Vision Autosports and they fixed all their problems and re-ran everything...

I thought installing my radio was going to be a piece of cake like my recent experiences. Boy was I wrong, with my 2003 Tahoe I put my self into a whole different situation that I could not figure out and got frustrated. I went to TJ’s Audio in Fortsmith and just walking into the door was a mistake. All I needed was a red wire hook up in my car. She was kinda rude, so I decided to go to river valley electronics. Literally the best decision I ever made and should’ve been the first. Just walking in the store made me feel great from all the wonderful displays of audio choices and the owner making you feel at home. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Shares his experience and his input in audio and which is the best way for what you’re looking for. Plus he has Mountain Dew for 1$. One of the best perks of going there. Plus the guy who worked on my radio did it in the best way possible making decisions for me in how he put my microphone a infer red sensor ways I never thought of but needed. Literally the best place ever to go too. The owner and his crew are so down to earth and chill it’s unreal. Be sure to visit them I promise you it won’t be a mistake. Plus his prices are the best around and he’s installs are 100 times more professional than anyone else. If anyone is cheaper. Than they’re not doing it right. I never been so happy in...
