I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. We transported their cargo and delivered it on time, yet they continue to accuse my driver of potentially taking boxes. The shipment was loaded incompletely, and despite numerous calls to the company, their customer service is both rude and unhelpful. They seem indifferent to the issues and have no regard for their clients' concerns. My driver is honest, and it’s disheartening to be accused without any evidence.
