Great experience from a local shop. Worked with the team at Tower Micro August of 2023 to build a custom PC.

At the time, we decided on some high end components which were priced fairly at a time parts were on demand. They turned around a quote very quickly and the build itself took as expected; 10 business days. They were very knowledgeable in terms of what parts were overkill vs which were worth having. This review also serves as a test to the build itself. All the parts were tested before I picked it up and has been running perfectly since - 1 year later. Quality of the build and cable management was good. Tower was repackaged back in the box with all the extra parts included.

Overall was a good experience for anyone looking to build for what you need without the hassle of finding compatible parts and troubleshooting at home. Hope I don't need to buy another PC like this one for a while 😂 but would not hesitate to...

I'm a computer technician. Unfortunately I had a problem with a pc and didn't have time to fix it. They were very friendly and quick. However their work was amature and very expensive. The problem was a bad power cable to the graphics card. Turns out there was a second bad power cable they missed, and didn't plug in the USB hub back to the motherboard after installation of the Graphics card, with NO screws.180$ to install a new graphics card, and I had to put in an hours work to redo almost all their work. This place is a scam if your computer is not a main brand laptop (mine is an evoo gaming laptop i literally bought it from walmart) they will charge you for a "diagnosis" and they didnt even GIVE me a diagnosis, they literally just said they cant fix it because the parts are foreign and rare to get. thats not a diagnosis thats telling me your company is too incompetent lol. a diagnosis is telling me why the computer isnt working. SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID. just go to a different company, they probably overcharge you for fixing your main brand laptops anyways like an apple...
