after telling my cousin one price to have a birthday party for her daughter there - after her giving them business mind you - he charges way more then when she tries to text him nicely and confused he ignores all the comments & says she can come back the rest the next week…

the lack of communication and transparency reflects poorly not only on him but on the entire establishment.. It’s shocking to see how he handles complaints, as instead of resolving issues, he escalates them unnecessarily. My cousin is left feeling frustrated and cheated, which is the last thing anyone wants when planning a special event. I can only hope that others think twice before choosing this place for their celebrations.

We had a birthday party for my 8 year old daughter, and one of the kids threw a ball that didn’t make it all the way down. Instead of trying to find someone, I decided it would be quicker to walked down the gutter to retrieve the ball. The owner then sprints around the counter and preceded to yell at the top of his lungs and embarrass me in front of everyone and my children. After the party I went to pay hoping the owner would apologize but was nowhere to find. I will not be bringing my children back here and will encourage anyone I know...

Friendly staff, cheap prices, great Lanes always oiled to perfection and the house bowling balls are in great condition not chipped old like everywhere else. Also concession prices are decently priced. And to bowl 3 games with a couple people is very affordable. This bowling alley is better than any bowling alley around the area including the one Imlay...
