Bauble Patch Jewelers is fantastic! Sandy helped me and my now fiancée pick out an amazing engagement ring.

They have great ring options in the store and also a ton of options on their website that you can request to see in person. They can also do custom pieces.

I first met with Sandy alone just to talk about options. She was extremely nice and helpful. So I brought my then-girlfriend-now-fiancée in to meet with her too. My girlfriend knew we were getting engaged and she had a very specific type of ring in mind that she wanted, so she came to the follow up appointments to design/pick out her ring herself.

Sandy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She spent a lot of time with us during the appointments, showing us options both in the store and also on the website (that we could request for delivery to see in person in the store). I also really appreciated how Sandy let my fiancée guide the design of the ring, but Sandy was also straight forward and gave information as well, such as recommending against a specific type of stone based on my fiancée’s preferences, since it was more fragile, for example. We really appreciated that she was upfront and honest and didn’t try to just sell us on stuff. Similarly, I had given her my budget in the very first appointment, and all of the options she showed my fiancée never exceeded that.

My fiancée ended up picking out a ring that required being put together (setting the stone, sandblasted, etc) before it was ready. During that process, Sandy was really communicative about the timeframe. When it was ready, I picked it up myself and later when I proposed with the ring, my fiancée thought it looked so beautiful and said it was perfect!

Overall, I highly recommend Bauble Patch Jewelers! We will go back again when getting our wedding...

My oldest daughter had her first baby, She asked me where her baby ring was and if I could get it out for her. I knew right where it was and I got it out. To make it long story short, I dropped it. I couldn’t find it and I found it. I stepped on it and it had gotten crushed in my tennis shoes soles .. I brought it to bubble patch we usually use them. They’re great jeweler.. I was preperpared to purchase another one if they couldn’t fix it. We were warmly welcomed by one of their sales ladies at the counter, when we walked in . She examined the ring, very thoroughly through a magnifying glass for a few minutes. She said it’s not too far gone they can fix it. They could have it done in a week and a half..,to our Surprise, It was done the next day, It looks perfect. I had already given it to my daughter, so I don’t have a picture of it. However, whenever she gets a photo of her daughter wearing it in three months, I will post both photos. Thank you so much my daughter had tears in her eyes. She was so thankful., She was so thankful that I save the ring , And more thankful it was the original ring and we didn’t have to purchase another one!! and I knew which box it was in . I was struggling to figure out how to order the design I wanted for my fiancé’s ring on the website but Sandy was able to help me sort it all out over the phone. I really appreciated her texting back and forth with me when I did not have time to call, and then keeping me updating throughout the entire process of getting it shipped to the store so I could pick it up. She was even able to take the full payment over the phone so I didn’t have to worry about that at all later. The ring I got is exactly what I wanted and even the engraving is perfect. They even gave me two copies of the insurance appraisal for it without me even having to ask. Then lastly they also give you one free ring resize in case you need it and then they will polish it any time you want! They are well priced, especially for being a local jeweler, and you still get the amazing quality of jewelry.
