I’m new to the Central Florida area and was in desperate need of a new nail tech who specializes in natural nails. I came across Black Diamond Nails and booked an appointment and let me just say, Carla did not disappoint!

I was looking for a structured manicure with builder gel, and Carla was incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process and reassured me that I would receive exactly what I was looking for. From our first conversation when I inquired about her services, to booking the appointment, and finally sitting in her chair it was a smooth and welcoming experience.

Not only did I love the results (my nails look and feel amazing!), but I also genuinely enjoyed the time, service, and conversation. Carla is warm, professional, and easy to talk to, which made the appointment fly by in the best way.

I left feeling pampered, confident, and 100% satisfied. I’m so glad I found her and I can’t wait to schedule...

First and for most I’m from NYC, and it sad but true I am very hard to please when it comes to my nails! Sorry not sorry, but the price of nails today is crazy… however I have found the most chill vibe, great price, and the work is breath taking .. I was closed minded.. mind u, wen I walked in it was beautiful, however bc it was black own I had question marks, bc I have never been to a black own nail shop.. but I gave it a try any way.. and it was the best choice I made I love this place it was my first time, but I felt like I was at home, music was a calm vibe, it was very clean, the owner chills wit u as if she was jus another worker, they are professionals and positive people… 10/10 Thanks Ming Lee😜😉🤣🥰🥰🥰 oh yeah my husband got his feet done and fell...

We didn’t have enough time to get our nails done at home before our trip. Googled nail salons near us and found black diamond. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I called and made appointments for 11am not taking into consideration getting out of the Disney area. Called and moved it to 11:30 with no issue. It was an experience for my husband, our two daughters and myself. It was great to have conversations with the nail artists. Our girls asked for Mickey and Minnie designs on their nails ((they are super tiny)) and they came out amazing. So grateful we were able to find this salon on Google.
