I will not come back to this location nor will I recommend it. My order was incorrect and I was paid little heed as a customer. I stood for a few minutes waiting to order as no one acknowledged me or said hello.
Eventually, a young man asked me for my order. I had ordered two sandwiches, part of the 2 for $6 special, and asked for no mayonnaise on either. It was the last thing I said with regard to my order before saying that would be all.
Another customer was also not acknowledged and she had to lean over the counter to get his attention. My food was prepared quickly enough, but I noticed that one of my sandwiches was taken down from the hot station and they added something to it.
After sitting, I can only imagine that mayo is what was added and sure enough, after checking my sandwich, mayo was on it. So I had to go back up to the counter and ask for a new one.
Another young man looked at me and the sandwich and said something to the extent of, 'okay, we'll get another one'. I stood there for about 10 seconds listening to them muttering among themselves while the first young man to take my order aggressively threw it in the trash.
The only communication made with me about my order was a young woman who was in uniform, but seemingly off duty or on lunch, asked me if I wanted no mayo to which I responded I had asked for none on either one. No apology or consideration was made about the mistake.
The final concern was that the young woman who was in uniform was engaged in conversation with another employee about something which had happened outside of the workplace.
I don't know about you, but as a customer, I don't want to hear about you or someone you know losing $500 and some drugs, and to hear it being discussed loudly on top of that.
I couldn't finish my meal in peace so I had to leave, and to my dismay, I was met with sideways glances as I walked around looking for a trash can on my way out, as if they were apprehensive about having to talk to me again.
Burger King used to be a place I would love to go, a family friendly establishment, which was safe and fun. Sadly, I can no longer...
Read moreNot that bad, it’s a hit or miss honestly. I had stopped coming here for about 6-8 months bc it was horrible. They were always messing up my order, forgetting condiments, the service was always terrible with attitude, they always closed the business early at night even though they were still accepting orders on the app causing a hold on your money, and if they were open they would make you pull up to park so they bring your food to you after like 15-20 minutes even with no line. I do mobile orders and if they didn’t have an item in stock they would simply not put it in the bag, no offer of a refund and would only offer to substitute with something else if I mentioned I was even missing something. It got so bad that I just stopped going all together. I recently went today and I was not as disappointed as in the past. I still had to pull up and wait but it was about 5-8 minutes. I got my ice cream and drinks first so those items were melted/watered down by the time I got the rest of my order brought to me which is a bummer. The food was cold when they brought it so I really don’t know what the wait was for. Thankfully all was well bc I could just reheat the food at home. I usually ask for no tomato extra pickles and the condiments on the side. This time they listened to the customizations bc normally they would just make it how they wanted and still put tomatoes on it. The lady working the window today was pleasant and didn’t have any attitude. I really appreciate that. They seem to be getting better but there’s still some flaws in their execution so it still won’t be my go to spot, however...
Read moreI have had issues when visiting this Burger King in the past, but since about a year has past from my last visit, I thought I'd give them another go. The McDonald's in our area was also poor for decades, but has recently improved significantly, so I thought that maybe Burger King had improved as well. I went through the drive-thru, which was my first mistake; the wait was long and cars began to get backed up behind me. When I got to the order microphone I was informed that they were out of Sprite and french fries, which was odd, but fine with me cause I don't like Sprite nor Burger King french fries. I had a coupon for a meal with 2 bacon cheese burgers (ordered with mayo only), a Coke and onion rings (substituted for the fries). There was another long wait before I finally made it to the window to pay and receive the order. They first tried to have me pay $8 for my $4 order and then there was confusion as to the number of burgers the order should have. They finally got it together and gave me my order. I checked to insure that it had the onion rings and 2 burgers. I then asked for the Coke, got it and went on my way. This all took 25 minutes...not really fast food. When I opened the burgers when I got home I had one bacon cheese burger with mayo only, and one burger with mayo (no cheese or bacon). There was also no napkins or sauce for the onion rings. Needless to say, I have finally leaned my lesson and will not be returning to this...
