This was a huge disappointment. For only serving two things (Pizza and Salad), they somehow managed to fail at both. First, the pizza was all hard fococcia type bread crust and maybe 1/20th sauce and toppings. The crust was burnt on the bottom, hard, and somehow chewy all at the same time. The sauce was bland, and the toppings were scarce and uninteresting. I could almost swear that they bake the crust separate and then reheat it when adding toppings for "speed" because it tastes like bread that has been heated multiple times... Almost stale. Next, the $8 salad was an absolute joke. It consisted almost entirely of cheap iceburg lettuce and a few pieces of store bought salami. The size of this salad is insulting. Take away the hard/bland bread they shove in there and the portion size is simply laughable. Just look at the pictures. From a technical standpoint, they failed to receive my order and made my delivery driver wait on them, and they forgot the salad dressing. I am beside myself trying to figure how how you could get so many things wrong with so few items to manage. Needless to say, I caution anyone from overpaying for low quality pizza and salads. Save yourself the hassle and just do one of the pizza delivery chains. You'll...

I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, and do my best to be understanding. All that being said, I ordered pizza from P.Za through grub hub (zero problems on grub hubs end) at 7:30, and was called by GH around 8:20 informing us that the restaurant was out of one of our items (no big deal there) popular items run out from time to time. Grub hub asked if I would like to make a change to the order, and I happily did so. About five minutes later I received another call from grub hubs customer service informing me that P.Za was “out of pizza”. How in the world do you run a pizza shop and run out of pizza? That’s like going to Starbucks and being told they are out of coffee. Get your act together P.Za. I will most certainly not be giving them my business ever again, and will urge my friends and family to...
