I went in with a friend on a quarter of a cow. The meat ended up being a lot more expensive than I thought it would be, but it is what it is, if you're getting fresh expect to pay fresh prices. What I ended up being not to happy about was the cuts of the meat. Not the variety of cuts, but HOW they were cut. Lots of the steaks are sliced and diced pretty poorly, with shallow cuts across the meat like someone thought to cut at that angle and then changed their mind. The T-bones were cut a lot cleaner, but one T-bone was shaped well while the other was shaped like a steak rectangle.
