I love what the current owners have done with a Mason County iconic business, Grassa's Farm Market! Integrating what had previously been established with fresh ideas, more of what the customers want, and a unique antique, refurbished, and new items for your home, cottage, etc is awesome! It is very evident that the owner and employees continue a commitment to the community! You can get everything there in one stop: eggs, milk, meat, bakery items,, misc.. groceries, fresh vegetables and fruit, plants, planters, seeds, mulch, firewood, AND fun collectibles/furniture for your home, farm and garden! Logan goes out of his way to provide goods and services to the community at a fair price! If you stop in, make sure to see the fresh floral arrangements made by the Dumas girls! I ordered some stones on Wednesday to be delivered “Thursday” according to the guy who took my money and information. No show, no word after waiting most of the day. Sometime Thursday afternoonI called. The woman who answered the phone said the “truck was being serviced.” I asked why I wasn’t just scheduled for a different day. She really had no answer but said my stones would be delivered Friday. She didn’t say approx when so I called Friday late morning and asked to speak to a person who might know about the delivery. She said they were not in. I asked when could I call back to speak to that person and she responded, “I don’t know. They get here when they get here.” I waited all day Friday and no one delivered my stones nor did anyone call me. Irresponsible and rude. Very poor...

I was there yesterday and went to check out and had to wait behind someone that was still shopping and putting stuff on the counter and walking away and shopping more. While the girl just watched me stand there waiting to check out. she was waiting for them. And then while I was standing there waiting a man walks up from behind me put his stuff on the counter and the girl starts to check him out. So I said to her are you just going to wait on him or are you going to wait on me 1st and she said him. So needless to say! Bad! bad! bad! customer service.
