One of the worst experiences of my life (and I have never said that before). They are in Ohio and I am in NIagara Falls. It took 7 days for the item to reach usps and then it went to Chicago which is the exact opposite way it should go since I am east of them. Called to get an explanation and I end up on speaker phone with 2 people and both talking at once (like a bad echo). Their website does not accurately show the correct shipping costs so they added another charge on my card with out my approval. Never again for these guys. I use to go in there when I was really young to buy fishing equipment and bait. Caught plenty of steelhead with the jigs they had. Also bought conibear traps that I harvested plenty of rabbits with. The clothes are fantastic I only need one pair of socks when I ice fish. I also got a thermos that I still have that works for hours. I stopped in less than a year ago and still get great feeling when I walk through the door. The customer service has always been fantastic. On Friday July 14, We picked up boots my son ordered, only to discover they had ordered the wrong ones. We checked the website to see what their Sundays hours were so we could return them. The website said Sunday hours were 12-5, so we cut our weekend short to make the hour drive to the store.
