Y’all do your set a favor and try mrs Sharon’s sweets and goodies! First off I’m AN EXTREMELY PICKY SWEET EATER, especially cakes I prefer wiped icing and I absolutely love strawberry! This bakery has mini cakes you can buy so I happened to try 2 different strawberry cakes while she was making the wiped icing cake for me, y’all let’s just say she makes the most decadent strawberry cake the icing is the best I’ve EVER HAD, it’s not store bought frozen or anything weird I can tell they are homemade and most importantly they put something extra not every bakery has. Just do your taste buds a favor for really real, I love this bakery it’s definitely worth stopping by and oh my goodness y’all it’s one of Amite’s best gems ! I wasn’t able to pick my cake up yet but I will tomorrow and I’ll share my experience on it as well. Seriously I buy a cake usually 1 time a week just to eat lol. Y’all I get anxiety whenever I wouldn’t get one let’s just say her mini cakes kept me well entertained while i am waiting. Absolutely hands down the best cake I’ve ever eaten that’s strawberry the icing is perfect the cake is moist, even after refrigeratorating, still perfect and moist. My new favorite bakery. Perfect strawberry cake . I can’t explain her icing, it’s seriously something you need to try. Not over sweet not bland, not too much sugar , not too, thick, and with a weird taste. It’s absolutely amazing, and I haven’t even tried my wipped icing while cake yet. I just tried the strawberry cake and strawberry shortcake. Both absolutely amazing. I can’t Wait to try her signature cake. Hands down , better than coopers, Windixi, Walmart, browns, best I’ve EVER HAD BY FAR. The perfect Strawberry cake literally y’all ! Not to mention they are so happy to help you and meet new friends. Made me feel like I was welcome and not causing any stress. By far the best bakery in Amite, independence, tickfall, & Hammond area In my honest opinion! You know when you’re just craving something, or you have the munchies from your medical but nothing seems to satisfy your craving? Mrs Sharon’s sweet treats will do more than just satisfy them they leave you with a sweet experience! Mrs Sharon and her family are the most engaging, caring, wonderful and loving people who truly care about the quality of their product that they’re putting out. They care about their customers and make the effort to get to know you it makes you want to return to show support to their business and hard work; for me its not just for their sweet treats, the quality, and service it’s the entire vibe I feel. The entire family enjoys getting sweet treats from here! They have everything so many different flavors and there’s always something new to try when I go! The sweets are so decadent that it fills you with the most exquisite experience from the time you walk in to pick your sweets up to the time you finish eating the last bite! I used to shop at the normal bakeries around town, Walmart, Walgreens, and other bakeries but since I found this gem, I can’t go back!!! The difference is absolutely incredible so now I get my sweet treats at Mrs Sharon’s because they’re never frozen they are straight from the oven to you from scratch! You can taste the quality of the ingredients. It makes a big difference I’ve grown to love mrs. Sharon and her family! They are as sweet as the treats they serve to our community! Stopped by today to grab some sweets for my husband and his employees! I picked up a slice of strawberry shortcake, banana pudding cake, and a slice of red velvet! Everyone absolutely loved their cake! My husband ate every last crumb of the red velvet (it’s one of his favs anywhere but loves it when it has the right amount of sweetness)! He wouldn’t stop talking about it! We also both have nibbled on the pralines already and oh my gosh so so good! I’m a big fan of Aunt Sally’s creamy pralines and never find anything close to that! These have that same creamy style but taste even better! We definitely will be back because there is still so much more we haven’t...
