I love getting the local live shrimp when in season because nothing is better than fresh cooked with no re-heat necessary and I'm not the best at catching them so this place makes it easy to get fresh live seafood that is in season for the people who either don't have a boat or don't want to play the fishing game (definitely saves on time and gas if you are just wanting some delicious fresh seafood for dinner but don't want to go on the boat). Also a fun shopping experience with the kids who enjoyed looking at the live local sea cucumbers and crab, as well as Maine lobster...

This east coast girl is HAPPY! Imagine my surprise when stopping in at this little seafood merchant and finding live LOBSTER of all things?! 😮 fresh crab, and live crawfish soon? It’s a rare treat to find on its own, but add in Matt's fisherman’s charm and knowledge, the unbelievable deals, phew!. Best day I’ve had in a while. He’s got snacks for the road and travels and treats for the kids even Local ice cream from Lopez island creamery and the freshest seafood Ive found on this coast. Well done guys! Definitely my new spot and worth the trip around...
